Dark Sky Resort
ADERO will be Scottsdale’s only Dark Sky Zone resort. They will offer telescopes for guests to use on their patios to enjoy the stars. Also, guests should keep any eye out for Astronomy on Tap and “star parties”! This will elevate the outdoor experience for guests.
Local Activities
ADERO is in a perfect location for outdoor activities. There are many places in the Fountain Hills/Scottsdale area to enjoy. First, hike the beautiful McDowell Sonoran Preserve from the new ADERO Canyon Trailhead. This hike is 1.2 miles long and offers a chance to see local wildlife. Next, enjoy one of the several activities Saguaro Lake offers. Rent a boat, kayak, or simply go for a refreshing dip!
There are also many other fun places to see around the area. For instance, the River of Time Museum. This museum focuses on the history of the Lower Verde River Valley and the people who settled there. Another great option is seeing a local play at the Fountain Hills Theater.
