Participate in one of the original traditions of our community when you stroll the Avenue of the Fountains during the Fountain Festival of Fine Arts & Crafts, scheduled for November 8-10 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The event featured 60 artists when it began in 1974, a number which has risen to nearly 500 artisans today. Close to 200,000 people from across the country and around the world attend the event each year, which now includes live music, food vendors and a beer garden.
The three-day event spans most of the Avenue of the Fountains, Saguaro Boulevard for the entire length of Fountain Park, and even behind the shops at Plaza Fountainside. There are hundreds of booths filled with original fine art, sculptures, painting, jewelry, clothing, crafts, food items and much more. The quality of craftsmanship and the uniqueness of the offerings brings visitors back year after year.
The festival is the major revenue source for the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce. Their experience in hosting this event shows in the details as they create a tremendous experience for visitors, no matter how far they drive to get here.
For out of town guests who would like to stay overnight, consider these local lodging accommodations:
