Tired of your old zucchini recipes? Tune in on Saturday, June 6th at 11 a.m. when culinary curator Debbie J. Elder shares three of her favorite ways to prepare zucchini as part of the Fountain Hills Community Garden Healing Food Series.

“Cooking for others and planning delicious meals for people to enjoy around the table is my purpose,” she said. “Having customers be excited by discovering new recipes, food and wine favorites is my goal. I’m happy to share some of my culinary creations with you.”

Debbie is a personal chef in Fountain Hills and founder of an online virtual cooking club where members cook a recipe together each week. Recipes scheduled for Saturday’s presentation include couscous salad with zucchini and ricotta salad, sauteed zucchini with mint, basil and toasted walnuts, and raw corn and zucchini salad with Thai basil pesto.

The virtual class will be broadcast from the Fountain Hills Community Garden’s Facebook page at 11 a.m. To learn more about Debbie Elder and her services, visit her website.
