Fountain Hills Sister Cities and Euro Pizza Cafe have teamed up to host a fundraiser this Thursday to benefit Ukrainian refugees displaced by the ongoing war.
Fountain Hills has several sister cities across the world, including the city of Zamość, Poland. Zamość is located in southeastern Poland, only a few dozen miles from the Ukrainian border. As such, the town has experienced a large influx of escaping Ukrainians. In an effort to help Zamość provide humanitarian aid, a special Happy Hour at Euro Pizza will be held on Thursday, April 7th beginning at 5:00 PM.
All funds collected will go to an account set up specifically for the city of Zamość.
